Settlement areas of a total of 75 hectares are still available for new investors from industry and trade.

Owner of these areas is the Infra-Zeitz Servicegesellschaft mbH.

Building law exists for all these areas. All areas are fully developed.

The potential investors are exempted generally by risks from ecological residual contamination.

The price for the areas is based on the land value of about 11,50 Euros/ m² plus any expenses for the redevelopment of the property (basis of negotiation).

In addition to the settlement areas, real estate is available for rent.
